Bid Opportunities

Part of the mission of Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) is to strengthen neighborhoods by improving the quality of the housing stock. GROWTH accomplishes this by receiving grant funding through a variety of public and private sources and utilizing those funds to rehab homes in Rock Island. GROWTH contracts with approved general contractors to perform the work.

Proposals will only be accepted from GROWTH approved general contractors.
